Presentation of the Legal Clinic

The Sorbonne Legal Clinic is a non-profit association founded in 2015 and constituted by the
students of the University of Paris-1 Panthéon Sorbonne

After five years of experience, the association aimed to export its model and its missions of access to law
beyond French borders by establishing its first branch in Egypt in 2019

The Sorbonne Legal Clinic in Egypt, made up of students from the Institute of Law and Business
International students at Cairo University continue the French course with Egyptian skills

Our goal

Reference teacher-researchers

Cases treated since 2019

The Legal Clinic also ensures that the information provided is quality information! To enable this, the information found by students is reviewed by legal professionals specializing in the subject in order to validate and guarantee its accuracy.

The principle of legal clinics is historically a creation of North American students who wanted to integrate practice into training which was then completely devoid of it and which remained extremely theoretical.  This model  American was exported to France for the first time in 2007, and in 2015 to Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and subsequently in 2019 to the IDAI.
